 I've heard every story in the book, I note all batch codes/serial numbers as there are so many buyers out there who seem to think it's acceptable behaviour to abuse Ebay's policies taking advantage of honest individuals who are just trying to make a bit of extra money.

I report all suspicious activity / Buyers to Ebay.
