PAYMENT: Our method of payment is Paypal.

POSTAGE: We post daily Monday to Friday so your item will be dispatched quickly.  Majority of parcels are sent via Royal Mail with proof of posting, larger items and over 1kg are sent via courier with tracking reference.

RETURNS: We want you to be delighted with your items however if for any reason you are not you can return items within 14 days of receipt. Items must be returned in original packaging with labels attached in an unused condition. Please email first. On receipt we will refund the price of the item, but please note postage costs are to be met by the buyer

We check items before posting and pack carefully, however if your item arrives damaged please notify us within 24 hours of receipt and supply a photograph through ebay. A refund will be offered immediately in this case.
