VERY nice condition.  Polished and shiny.  Collector's quality.  NOT a fake.  It shows signs of usage, but I doubt you collectors will find one in better condition.  Glass is flawless.  No; fungus, separation, scratches, cleaning marks or other glass problems.  I've inspected it closely and been using this lens on my Sony A7ii &A7s.  Aperture works smoothly.  There are no dents, dings, or major scratches on the lens body.  Leather case is in great shape too, and comes with the lens cap.  This is a rare lens.  Filmmakers and portrait photographers seek it for the gorgeous bokeh given by the 4 elements in 3 groups, very similar to the Meyer Optik Gorlitz Trioplan 100 2.8 or 50 2.9 lenses.  15 bladed aperture for up to 30 pointed sunstars is a combination not found in any other lens.  This lens is incredibly rare and equisite. This coated "Travegon" version is much less common than the Travenar or a Zeiss Sonnar.  This one is in collector's condition and I've tested it extensively on my Sony.  The focus is smooth but in cold weather it "feels its age" and is a little stiff.  In warm weather, it flows.  This is not your action lens anyway.  It's fabulous but it focuses backwards to the rest of my lenses I use and why I can part with this rare gem.
