We will grant refunds when the item does not match description accurately.
We will not grant refunds when the buyer has changed their mind or just want to
return item without any reason mentioned on this refund policy or when the
buyer has received negative opinion regarding item from incompetent source.
We are not responsible for any damage in transit. We do pack so securely that
any damage is extremely rare.
We cannot provide refunds for merchandise we have not received.
Please make certain to use the original packaging when returning an item to
ensure that it arrives in the same condition it was in when you received it.
Further, in the event that an item is returned in damaged condition the refunds
will not be available. No refunds are allowed after 3 days from the date the
buyer receive the item. Use the same shipping service as when received:
Registered Airmail and provide a # tracking code label number.
We´ll provide the instructions via email as how to fill up the package's label
and paperwork, following these instructions will be essential for the refund
process to take action.
