***CONDITION***

We are very aware that our opinion of MINT condition and yours may vary. As a result our listings now feature only two degrees of condition as follows:

MINT/NM – Card unplayed and features no tears, creases, or scratches. Will have been stored in binder since opened and untouched. Any imperfections will be as of original condition in the pack, (something we are unable to account for).

PLAYED – Card may have small creases, scratches or edge wear. Many of these cards could also be considered in great condition, we will try to ensure any imperfections are included in the listing. However, we do not have the time to start surveying all cards with ultraviolet lights etc.

- We will try to ensure that condition is disclosed fully in the listing and the pictures shown will be the exact card you will receive!

Having spent many years as an official tournament organiser and judge, we do know the difference!

***PRICING***

We try to ensure all our items are priced competitively, based on the condition, rarity and the fact that our cards are guaranteed 100% official.  All our fixed price auctions feature an offer facility, but please be aware we will not accept any offer that seriously undervalues the card(s).

***POSTAGE & PACKING***

We try to ensure that our postage and packaging costs are as reasonable as possible, but at the same time we pride ourselves on making an effort to ensure no damage occurs in transport. (Top loaders, polythene bags to prevent water damage, jiffy bags, bubblewrap, hard cover envelopes etc)

Our P&P costs cover both the postage cost and the packaging costs, (envelopes, top loaders, poly bags etc).

We will combine postage for multiple items. Please either contact us and ask, or just wait for us to send you an invoice. We are unable to refund additional postage costs incurred by not reading this information!

All single cards over the value of £10 will be shipped First Class – Signed For. This ensures that item arrives safely, does not get lost in the post etc.

INTERNATIONAL POSTAGE

We will happily ship internationally. All packages will be shipped Royal Mail International Signed For (NO EXCEPTIONS). Rough prices are as follows, but please remember heavier items may cost more!

Single Card - £7.15

Multiple Cards (Large Letter) - £9.15

Small Parcel - £12.50

Large Parcel - £15.50

***PAYMENT***

Please pay for your items using PAYPAL. We do not accept cash, cheques, postal orders or any other form of payment!

Please pay for your items within 48 hours of auction end. If there is a problem or you are bidding on another of our listings and would like to combine postage, then please let us know with 48 hours. 

If payment is not received within 4 days and no contact is made, ebays unpaid item assistant will automatically open an unpaid item dispute. 

Buyers will then have a further 48 hours before the item is relisted. 

Once an item is relisted we reserve the right to refuse/refund payment from the original buyer under the terms and conditions set out here. 

***FEEDBACK***

We try to ensure feedback is left for all our buyers, so please return the favour.

When you have received your item and are happy, please do not forget to leave us some feedback and gold ★'s. Your feedback is important to us!

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, then please contact us and we will try our best to resolve any issues you may have. We may have replacement items, or be able to offer partial refund in accordance with our returns policy.

DO NOT LEAVE NEGATIVE FEEDBACK – without contacting us. If negative feedback is left before any attempt to contact us is made, we will consider the transaction closed and offer no further assistance. 

***RETURNS***

We are happy to offer a 14 day no quibble return and refund policy on all items.

RETURN POSTAGE is paid for by the BUYER in all cases and only the sale price (excluding original shipping costs) will be refunded.

In the case of misrepresentations, should we make a mistake in the listing. We will either part refund (a mutually agreeable amount), or fully refund buyer payment (including shipping) and return costs, once item has been returned. 

Items being returned must be returned using a recorded service (Signed For). We will not be held responsible for lost or damaged return parcels. Buyers assume all responsibility for return parcels until we take delivery and sign for the package. No refund will be given until item has been returned.
