  • A $500.00 fully refundable wire transfer or credit card deposit is required within 24 hours at the end of the auction. The balance is due within 3 business days at the end of the auction.
  • Under "NO" circumstances will a vehicle be released to a shipper until 100% full payment is received in cash or by a finance source.
  • We accept cash in person, cashier’s checks or money orders from a US bank in US funds and we can finance the transaction with our competitive rates and terms ask the eBay specialist for details.
  • If no contact is made with us within a 24 hour period we reserve the right to relist or sell the vehicle to someone else.
  • We have all of our vehicles for sale through eBay, our website and at our dealership. If a vehicle is sold through our website or locally there is a time lag to remove it from the eBay site. Please email or call an eBay specialist to check availability before purchasing through the “buy it now button”. 
    • Buyer is responsible for pickup and all shipping of the vehicle purchased.
    • Sales are subject to a $125.00 documentary fee (which is a fee not required by law), a state inspection fee of $14.50 for a used vehicle and $23.50 for a new vehicle, and a Texas vehicle inventory tax of .00187 of the purchase price. Example is $10,000.00 vehicle would be $18.70 in VIT tax due.
    • Texas residents pay a 6.25% sales tax and out of state buyers will pay the taxes and fees due in their state. If out of state we will calculate the fees and give you the information of what would be due. All used vehicles are sold with a limited warranty. The limited warranty is for 90 days or 3000 miles whichever comes first. The limited warranty will only cover the internally lubricated parts in the engine, transmission, drive axle and transfer case. We will give you a copy of the policy upon purchase. If you have any questions ask the eBay specialist for more details or we can forward you a copy of the policy in advance before purchasing. Beyond the limited warranty the vehicle is sold "AS-IS". An extended warranty beyond the limited warranty can be purchased for up to 100,000 miles. Ask the eBay specialist for details on the terms and items covered on the extended warranties we offer.
    • Not all of the used vehicles will have an owner’s manual or a second set of keys. Ask the eBay specialist as you're bidding or while you're in negotiation for the vehicle in question if they come with the purchase. They must be worked into the process if they are important to you. These items are very expensive and will not be given after the sale.
    • Miles posted in the listing can vary due to demonstration drives, ask the eBay specialist for the exact miles prior to bidding.
    • Vehicle condition is to our standards. As in anything “used” the vehicle is not perfect and you should expect some normal cosmetic and mechanical wear. We try to point out any flaws that we can see in our pictures if they are visible. We do our best to look our vehicles over carefully and make sure our customers know a lot about the vehicle they are purchasing. If necessary we can forward more pictures or we welcome you to have an outside inspection of the vehicle.
    • We are located in Sealy, Texas which is an hour and fifteen minutes of either Houston Hobby or George Bush Intercontinental Airport. We will provide free shuttle to either of the airports.
