Very cool patina, these came out a very old hardware store on Halsted St. in Chicago which has since been knocked down and is now a very tall condo tower.
The milk glass shade measures 14 inches in diameter and you have about 30 inches of chain. I included some new cloth wrapped cord that I used for mine and a socket which I removed the porcelain internal parts and used in the old brass socket cover. Works great. Pretty simple to re wire if you are handy.
