S&H policy for overseas and China

According to the new eBay’s China policy, the item(s) will get shipped by no stamps franking ePacket delivery from China by USPS (US buyer) or Registered mail by China Post. (Outside the United States)  All shipping time perhaps need 20-30 days.

We do not delivery US army address. I am shipping items to overseas buyers 2-3 times every week.

Postage for worldwide (for single purchase):

Asia: $5.00.

Europe, North America, Australia & New Zealand: $5.50

South America & Africa: $6.00

Taiwan & HKSAR China: $4.00

I will combine Shipping; Each Extra item will add $0.30 to the highest shipping price. No combined postage accepts if you’re ordered items including books!

Your payment please on my invoice/request ONLY not later then in 5 days or 10 items after closing auction --- Unpaid buyer will no longer to bid more items.

2：使用人民币以支付宝付款，款项总额为：拍品金额+1美元，汇率为1美元=6.2元人民币。（中国邮政挂号信）拍品数量无论多少，都不需要额外支付处理费，总金额在200元人民币以上的，无需支付国内挂号信邮费，只支付票款即可。

3：中国境内银行或邮局汇款，款项总额的计算方式与支付宝付款相同，购票总额超过200元人民币的，同样免除运费。

4：免运费条款仅适用于支付宝或银行转账客户，不适用于PAYPAL付款买家。

5: 买家应对有兴趣的邮品提前出价以提高成交的机会，尚未有出价记录的任何邮品均可能因私人协议而终止出售，出价晚的买家可能会面临邮品提前下架的风险错失竞拍的机会。

我们建议中国买家使用支付宝付款，中国境内的挂号信通常可在一周内寄达，是极经济的且安全的物流方式，购票超过200元人民币的买家，更无须考虑运费。

中国买家必须在成交后提供详细的中文姓名、地址、电话方可得到最快捷的服务。您的EBAY地址必须与PAYPAL地址保持一致。

5日内没有结清票款或赢得邮品总数达到10项而仍未付款的中国买家，将无法继续出价。我们不提供邮品的暂存服务，邮品一旦成交，买家就必须在5日内付款，持续购买的订单时间超过5天的，将不被允许合并运费。

请确认您将完整遵守我们的政策，以避免因违背政策而丧失出价机会而给您带来的遗憾。
