• If you need to use a PO Box, include the PO Box and physical address as well when checking out. We have no way of knowing if UPS will drop this off to USPS for final delivery. This item will be shipped via UPS, USPS, Fed-Ex or a combination of the major carriers.
• Orders will be shipped from one of our state of the art distribution centers located across the country. Once your order is shipped, we will update your order with the tracking information. UPS Basic does not update packages the same way UPS Ground does. Most of the time the tracking # will not be updated until the package has been received in your state or in a neighboring state close to your home.

• Any claims of damage or incorrect item must be reported to us within 7 days of the delivery date.  Returns are handled on a case by case basis and you may be required to return the item to us, or provide digital photographic evidence. A determination will be made regarding the need for a return based on the information you provide and the timeliness of your information. All messages must come through the Ebay message system. Any change in the Returns Policy and what is to be expected from us and from you will be clearly expressed via the Ebay Message system.

• Solar powered products are powered by the sun and subject to various levels of brightness and length of "light up" time.  Weather conditions such as rain and overcast skies will shorten the light up time as will winter months with a weaker sun.  NiCad batteries are prone to a short life and can be replaced fairly cheap.  You can test your solar product by taking out the factory installed battery and putting in a standard AA or AAA battery. If the switch is in the ON position and you cover the solar panel and the light comes on, replace the rechargeable battery and let it charge for a full 24 hours. Batteries that are noted as "included" are free and are considered "starter" batteries. 
• Returns will be tested and/or inspected prior to a refund/replacement being issued. All non-defective items will incur a 15% restocking fee.
