We make our best efforts to evaluate each and every item that we sell to ensure that they are accurately described. Before leaving any feedback, we do please ask to be informed of any issue so we may correct it to a satisfactory level.

Before opening a return request, please review the following to ensure the return/buy back is processed properly:

Change of mind:

In the event in which you have a change of mind within 30 days, we will gladly assist you with the return of the product. We will "buy back" the item, just pay for return shipping to the address supplied and we will transfer the funds to your account once the item is verified and received.

DOA (Dead on Arrival):

In the unfortunate event of a DOA item, we apologize in advance for the inconvenience. We will gladly assist you with the return/buy back process including return shipping. Please inform us right away of a DOA item or within 30 days. Additionally, most of our orders are insured and will be taken through a formal claims process if found to be damaged during shipping. If this is the case, we may ask for pictures of the broken/damaged item in order to expedite the claims process.

Item Does Not Match Description:

If for some reason the item received does not match it's description, we do apologize in advance for the inconvenience and ask to be informed as soon as possible, or within 30 days, to correct the issue. We will gladly assist with the return/buy back process including return shipping.

- Any falsification of information including: description of the return, serial numbers, pictures, and/or information used for a formal claims process will fall subject to review by eBay or proper authorities.

Serial numbers of all returned items may be subject to verification at our sole discretion.

A bid, purchase, or a winning best offer represents your willingness/intention to purchase. Additionally, it means you agree to the following:

Under rare circumstances, either by request or at our sole discretion, we may cancel a bid, best offer, or purchase for the following reasons:
- PayPal deems a shipping address as "unverified".
- Your account reflects an overall negative feedback value.
- Your account reflects an overall feedback value of zero or no feedback ('0').

California Sales Tax

California sales tax will be added to all auctions/purchases to deliveries with California addresses. All other purchases delivered outside of California will not be charged tax at time of purchase.
