Shipping

Your item will ship within 24 hours (Mon-Fri) of your cleared payment.

Items will be shipped to the shipping address you specify via Paypal only.

We are NOT able to change the shipping address once payment has been made.

If you ask us to ship to an address other than what is specified on Paypal, we will cancel your order and ask you to re-check out once you have updated your address.

A tracking number will be provided once your item has shipped.

Returns

 

Our return process is as simple as possible. You may use the eBay return interface, or contact us.

Please note that we only accept returns within 14 days after delivery. Returns will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.

If the item is defective/DOA (Dead on Arrival) we must be notified within 2 days of arrival, and a refund in full will be granted after item is sent back.

The 2 days start from when tracking shows item was delivered.

No shipping fees will be refunded.

Returns after 14 days will not be accepted.

Please allow up to 3 business days for your item to be inspected and your return to be be processed.
