You are dealing with a UK seller and all shipments originate from a London post code. Standard delivery for the UK and Northern Ireland is FREE. Should you purchase more than one item at a time we will discount shipping for you. We reserve the right to refuse to deliver to addresses that we believe are not secure such as communal or PO Box addresses.

If for any reason you are not completely happy with your item you can either exchange it for another item or return it to us in saleable condition for a refund. Please do not open a case via the Ebay system in order to process returns and/or refunds. To return an item by post you need to notify us with an Ebay message within 14 calendar days from the day after delivery. When returning an item by post it is your responsibility to ensure that the item is packaged properly and carefully so that no damage is caused to the item. Buyer is responsible for post-sale shipping costs. All items can be returned to store in person, you must provide your order confirmation email as a valid proof of purchase. We will reimburse you using the same method of payment you used for your purchase. Your statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.

We guarantee to refund any item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us by post or in store in saleable condition within 30 days of receipt. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment and  processed within 14 days of receipt of the returned item. Any refund due cannot be provided if the item is untraceable and where returns have been completed without notification. Shipping fees are not refundable.
