Payment is expected within three (3) days of auction close through PayPal using eCheck, credit/debit card or bank account. Payment for Buy-It-Now purchases is due immediately upon completing the transaction. All payments and subsequent shipments must use the verified PayPal address for that account. We reserve the right to refuse any order that is paid through PayPal but does not use a verified address. We also reserve the right to refuse any bid from an eBayer with a negative feedback score. If this is your situation, please contact us before you place your bid.

Regrettably, sometimes we have had to file a non-payment dispute when buyers choose not to pay for the items they have won/purchased. It is always our first choice to complete a transaction in a pleasant and friendly manner and we attempt to work with buyers who contact us with a conflict. If no contact is made within the 3 day period, we will be forced to file a non-payment dispute and the item will be relisted on eBay.

Buyers who wish to pick up merchandise in person will be permitted to pay with cash, cashier’s checks or another acceptable method. Please contact us via eBay’s messaging system at auction close to make arrangements. For your own protection, please do not mail cash.

Occasionally, since eBay permits only PayPal as a form of payment, bidders without a PayPal account will not be permitted to place a bid. This might happen if a bidder lives locally and prefers to pick up an item AND does not have a PayPal account. If this is the situation, a bidder needs to contact us via eBay’s messaging system. We can over-ride this stipulation and permit his/her participation in our auction.

Arizona residents will be charged sales tax for all items at the time of checkout unless a tax exemption certificate is supplied.

All items will be shipped within 1 business day of receiving payment unless buyer is contacted via eBay’s messaging system. Since most items are quite fragile, insurance is included for all shipments. We pack items carefully but cannot be responsible for their care or loss once they are picked up by the carrier. The shipping charges calculated on eBay are for the 48 contiguous United States only. If you live in Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico, please contact us via eBay’s messaging system to get an estimate of shipping charges.

Shipping, insurance costs and the delivery confirmation are the actual fees charged by the carrier for the zip code of the winning bidder. Shipping charges are non-negotiable. If a bidder is not willing to assume these costs, that bidder should not participate in our auctions. We make no profit on shipping charges.

eBay computes shipping based on weight and zip code of both seller and buyer. Generally, these charges are accurate for a single item. If multiple items are won or purchased, please do NOT pay the eBay generated invoices for each item. Contact us via eBay’s messaging system and we will generate a combined invoice for you. Once individual eBay invoices are paid, combined shipping cannot be arranged.

Shipping costs are computed based upon the total weight without regard for measurements or the number of items using eBay's system. Their combined invoice automatically charges that amount regardless of the size of box needed to combine items. Obviously, the larger the box needed, the higher USPS, UPS or FedEx charges will be. The final result can be a weight and/or size that is neither cost effective for the bidder nor safe for the items being shipped. Consequently, while we are always interested in saving money on shipping costs for our customers, we must reserve the right to make the final determination regarding combined shipping.

Standard shipping is by USPS Priority Mail or USPS Parcel Select plus delivery confirmation and insurance. If an item is particularly large or heavy, UPS Ground or FedEx Ground may be used. FedEx Standard Overnight Delivery is offered for customers requesting eBay’s "Get It Fast" option.

Combined Shipping is offered to bidders who win or purchase multiple items within the same week (7 consecutive days), unless the listing description states otherwise. Some items are particularly large or fragile so shipping them with other items may jeopardize their safety during the shipping process. When we prepare a listing we attempt to identify items that cannot be easily shipped with other items. The winning bidder should ALWAYS wait for our combined invoice so we can verify the exact shipping cost. The size of the box required to ship multiple items together may be unrealistic to saving shipping costs to some zip codes. We must reserve the right to determine the best method to ship multiple items.

USPS Flat Rate Shipping is set for a particular size of box. If multiple items will fit in the box without jeopardizing the items, add $1.00 for each additional item after the first item. If a larger box is needed, the price will increase accordingly.

We ship internationally if the purchased item qualifies for the Global Shipping Program offered by eBay.

All items are described to the best of our ability. We have been collectors for a long time ourselves, so we try to look at each individual piece as if we were acquiring it personally. Please contact us with any questions prior to bidding.

All sales are final unless an item is grossly misrepresented in the listing. If the item is not as described, we will be happy to offer you a full refund of your purchase price. To receive an authorization to return an item(s), you must contact us within three (3) days of item receipt (determined by the Delivery Confirmation). After receiving your return authorization from us, you will be responsible for shipping the item(s) back to us and will be eligible to receive your refund when we have received the item(s) back and have inspected it(them). Once the return authorization is generated, you will have fourteen (14) days to return the item.

Please be advised there may be a restocking fee applied to your refund if you purchase an item that is listed as Never Removed From Box (NRFB), proceed to open it and then decide to return it. That item cannot be resold under the NRFB classification because value is lost by the act of opening the sealed packaging. Based on this policy the eBay Return System will automatically reduce the refund by the designated restocking fee.

All items being returned must include all original packaging, accessories, and documentation. Buyer must ship item(s) back with delivery confirmation using the same shipping method as was initially used to send the item(s). Items returned without prior authorization will be refused. Buyer assumes all non-refundable shipping costs.

Corporate policy prevents us from issuing partial refunds for an item. If the buyer is not satsified with his/her purchase, the item can be returned under our 14-day return policy. A full refund of the purchase price and freight if applicable will be issued upon the safe return of the item with all packaging, packing and any paperwork that was included in the original shipment.

While we make every effort to pack items carefully and securely, occasionally an item could be broken during shipment. Broken items have been insured and will necessitate the buyer contacting us so we can initiate a claim. We also photograph all items prior to shipping as proof of condition (with the exception of NRFB items as noted). We are NOT responsible for the handling items may receive after they have left our hands.

Used Items : We carefully describe each used item to the best of our ability. Cosmetic appearance typically leads to very subjective grading and condition estimates. Therefore, we take as many detailed photos as we think are necessary to show bidders the condition as we see it ourselves. While every effort is made to accurately describe each item offered for auction thus eliminating any surprises to the buyer by fully disclosing any exceptions to condition, all our items are offered "as is". Before bidding, it is the responsibility of the bidder to contact us for additional information if they feel we are not clear with a particular description.

Items are inspected before listing and are completely operable and without damage unless specified in the listing. If you receive an item damaged, please be sure to retain ALL original packing material until a claim has been made with the shipper. If multiple items are in the damaged shipment, be aware that both damaged and undamaged items must be presented to the carrier at the time of the claim.

Never Removed From Box (NRFB) - The Manufacturer’s seal has NOT been broken; no human hands have touched the item since it left the factory. These items are never removed from the box (NRFB). They are NOT tested with regard to operability and all parts are presumed to be included and unbroken. Condition of item is presumed to be perfect. We do NOT inspect or photograph these items. Stock photos are used for these listings unless packaging needs to be shown. Please be advised that once an item in this classification has been opened by the buyer, there may be a restocking fee if it is returned because it cannot be resold under the NRFB classification.

New In Box (NIB) - Item is not sealed but was NOT pre-owned and was never displayed, has no breakage, chipped paint, crazing or missing parts. If originally manufactured with lights, animation and/or sound, these functions are fully operational.

Mint In Box (MIB) - Item was pre-owned and was seemingly displayed; however it has no breakage, chipped paint, crazing or missing parts. If originally manufactured with lights, animation and/or sound, these options are fully functional.

Excellent Used Condition (EUC) - Item has been used, but is still in good working order. While some wear may be evident, no major pieces are missing or broken (could require a bit of re-gluing). Item may be a bit dusty. If originally manufactured with lights, animation and/or sound, these functions MAY NOT be fully operational. These items are not eligible for return.

Good (G) - Item has been used and shows some wear. Marks or scratches may be evident. Item is not broken beyond usage, but may have a more serious flaw, such as a large, prominent chip, a missing part that cannot be included in the box, lack of sound, animation and/or lighting, or crazing. If an item has been repaired, it falls into this category. These items are not eligible for return.

Poor (P) - No items that we consider to be unusable by the purchaser are offered for auction.

A box or sleeve may have shelf wear or some Styrofoam scuffs, but no significant flaws unless specifically identified in the listing’s Item Description and/or photos.

Since we sell many items on consignment, occasionally we need to speak with the consignor to get an accurate answer for you. An appropriate response to your request may take 24-36 hours.
