it is the users responsibility to check for allergy contents and that items are made/heated correctly


We aim to dispatch orders placed before 12pm Monday- Friday on the same day. Orders placed over the weekend/bank holidays will be sent out the next working day.

Delivery Schedule

Royal Mail 2nd class is our standard service and can take 2-5 working days, Royal Mail 1st class can take 1-2 working days

Royal Mail Special Delivery is guaranteed next day before 1 PM

Parcel force 24 can take1 working day, parcel force 48 can take 2 working days

If a card is left for a missed delivery it is you the (Customer) that is responsible for arranging a new delivery date with the courier

Delivery to Europe can take on average 4-14 working days, Deliveries out of Europe can take between 5-18 working days

If you are not happy with your purchase or need to return it to us for any reason we do request that your original invoice (if available) is sent back to us along with the item,  contact details and reason for return to help make the process quick and easy.

If a wrong size/item has been ordered and a exchanges is required the postage cost must be covered by the customer.

All items returned must be it the same condition as received. Any faults with items will first be checked and sent back to manufacture if necessary for inspection/testing before a refund is issued.
