For sale is one Takara - Transformers: Heroes of Cybertron, Ratchet SCF PVC 3" model. This item is pre-owned and does not come with original packaging or character card. The photographs show the actual item for sale; item is being sold 'as is'. 

This PVC model was purchased at a convention many years ago, out of packaging, in the condition it is presently in. Inspection of the face reveals some paint errors which were made at the manufacturer level and are not due to "storage wear" or other mishandling. It is an unfortunate attribute of many of the HOC PVC models in circulation. 
Despite these noted, the model is in great condition, with no broken or missing pieces, or discolourations, and is display ready.
