Descriptions.

·        I try to describe and photograph the items as I see them, if you see any errors please tell me, I'm only human!

·        Items will have been checked or tested if possible before listing unless otherwise noted and any defects listed.

·        The photographs will be of the actual item you will receive unless noted otherwise, Photographs and security marks will be kept on record.

·        To the best of my knowledge and unless otherwise noted all items will be genuine and original.

·        No warranties or guarantees are offered unless specifically noted or requested. Most items are new old stock or vintage and as such do not carry any manufacturer warranties.

Discounts.

E-Bay does not allow discounts on multiple purchases to be given after payment please don't make a purchase then ask for a discount- even on multiple items I will only be able to discount the postage, If asked for a paypal part refund I will still have to pay E-bays full fees and pass them on to you.

·        On individual items if 'Best offer' is enabled please make your best offer and I will review it or it may be automatically set to accept an offer.

·        On individual items if 'Best offer' is not enabled I will only consider discounting if multiple purchases are involved.

·        If you want a discount based on the purchase of a number of items please contact me and if acceptable I will enable 'Best Offer' and set to automatically accept an offer based on your offer-Please note you will still have to request a revised invoice before payment to take advantage of combined shipping.

·        If an item reaches the end of its listing period and doesn't sell (Your risk that It may sell last minute) I may consider relisting for less or grouping items together for a new discounted listing- Please contact me within 24 hours of listing ending or before relisting (whichever is sooner).

Combined shipping.

To take advantage of combined shipping please note the following:-

·        Purchase items by adding them to the shopping basket.

·        Proceed to checkout- commits you to buy.

·        Before payment request a revised invoice.

·        Wait for the combined invoice before paying anything.

If you have made a purchase and are watching an auction item ending later, intending to bid and hoping to add it to your order please pay for the items already purchased then message me and let me know and I will hold your order from posting for up to 5 working days and adjust the postage on any additional won items.

Payment.

Payment is expected as soon as practical after an item is purchased unless you contact me and make alternative arrangements.

Postage and collection.

·        Despite E-Bays request I do not offer free postage - it doesn't exist- someone has to pay the shipping companies, I would rather you see the real cost and can take advantage of postage discounts with combined shipping on multiple items.

·        E-bay charges 10% on shipping costs and this will be reflected on the total postage cost.

·        All items will be well packaged with plenty of bubble wrap or in purpose made card backed envelopes. I try to use recycled and recyclable packaging wherever possible keeping packaging charges to a minimum.

·        Items will be shipped via Royal Mail or My-Hermes

·        If you require additional instructions printed on labels please contact me as soon as possible after payment.

·        No returns will be accepted for missing items when insecure delivery areas have been requested.

·        Items of value will be posted as signature on delivery required and will not be labelled for delivery to safe places.

·        Items will only be posted to the address registered to the E-Bay account or to the global shipping centre.

·        All items shipped outside the UK and not within the E-Bay Global shipping program will be sent fully tracked and signature required on delivery- Please do not ask for lesser services they are not offered.

·        I will consider shipping items abroad outside the Global Shipping Program providing the following criteria are met- You have 100% feedback on more than 100 items, accept that the parcel will be fully tracked and signed for and any returns will be at your expense:- You must contact me before purchase and wait for the listing to be revised to allow international postage options.

·        Items can be packaged for collection by your own courier by prior arrangement but will be considered delivered in good condition at the point of collection and your courier will be expected to sign as collected correctly packaged and in good condition.

·        Collection in person by prior arrangement is Ok from Bedworth Warwickshire- CV12 0JL - Items will be handed over for you to inspect - cash on collection will be expected. Items will not be left in a 'safe place' for collection.

·        I normally post out orders received before 2:30pm on the same day and after 2:30pm next day- If otherwise I will message you to let you know, I will mark your orders as shipped on the day they are shipped and add tracking numbers if relevant. Please consider before leaving feedback concerning delivery times that I will have done my best but once an item has left me it is outside my control, we can't leave feedback for the carriers but late delivery feedback may influence new buyers wanting to purchase from me.

·        Any excess postage paid that's above £1.00 will be refunded.

Returns.

·        Items are sold as seen with no guarantees or warranties given unless stated.

·        Items will be those seen in the photograph and may be security marked and additional photographs stored on record.

·        To be fair to all unless item is found to be misrepresented original postage costs, E-bay and Paypal fees will not be part of the refunded amount unless refunded to me. This allows you change of mind at no expense to me.

·        To the best of my knowledge and unless otherwise noted all items I sell will be genuine and original items- On receiving if you have evidence that items are not as described or non-genuine on the items return to me you will be fully refunded at my cost- On return item will be checked against original file pictures and recorded security marks.

·        Items will not be refunded until they have been returned and confirmed to be in the same condition as dispatched so please repack carefully as you will be responsible until return.

·        Items will be re-photographed along with their packaging on return.

·        If items are returned that contain technical information which may have been copied prior to return or can be used for a service or purpose after which the original item is unrequired on my discretion a 10% re-stocking fee may be levied.

Feedback.

Feedback keeps us all safe on E-bay. I regularly review my sales and purchases and leave feedback accordingly.
