• We offer Free Shipping to all UK mainland address', if you wish to order and live within the UK and do not live on the mainland i.e. islands, armed forces e.t.c. then please contact us for a shipping quote prior to bidding.

• UK Orders
  •Parcels up to 2 KG will be sent via Royal Mail, please allow up to 3 working days for Mainland and 10 working days for off shore.
  •Parcels up to 25KG will be sent via Parcel force using Express 24. Please allow 2 working days for mainland. Off Shore UK may take slightly longer so please allow up to 5 working days.
  •Parcels that are of heavy weight will be sent via TNT. Please allow up to 3 working days for delivery.

• Overseas
  •Up to 2KG parcels are sent using Royal Mail and Parcel2Go. Please allow up to 21 working days for delivery. Times will vary according to country.
  •Up to 25KG parcels will be sent using appropriate courier and whichever provided they supply depending on destination country. Please allow up to 14 working days for delivery.
  Parcels over 25KG will be priced individually, please contact German Spare Parts Ltd for a confirmation of the cost before purchase.

• Delivery Times
  •Whilst we endeavour to deliver any order within the times stated above, the purchaser acknowledges that any delivery dates or times stated should be regarded as an estimate only.
  •If we hold an ordered part in stock and the order is placed before 2:30PM we will despatch the item on the relevant service.
  •We cannot guarantee delivery for a certain day or time but you can expect delivery within the time stated above and between the hours of 8:00am and 6:00pm. •To be eligible for next day delivery, items must be paid for before 1PM.

• Nobody home
  •Please note that couriers require that someone be present to sign for all packages. If nobody is available for the package, the courier will leave a card notifying of the failed delivery attempt.
  •The courier may attempt to leave the parcel with a neighbour, and failing that will attempt the delivery normally the next working day.
  •If customer fails to receive or fails to contact the courier, the parcel will be returned to us at the customers' expense.

• If you exercise your right to cancel, the Product has been supplied in error, ordered in error or damaged we advise you to follow the following procedure: Please contact our customer services on 01277821818 and receive authorisation for return.

• Secure the Product and all of the original packaging materials including invoice in either the original box or one of similar stature
• Mail the package if returning and label it for:

• Returns for Products bought in error are simple; but are subject to certain rules:  
• You shall be liable for the cost incurred in returning Products to us and we shall not be obliged to accept any product if such costs have not been paid in full.

• You shall be liable for our cost of postage and package (PP).
• Each item must be returned in the same condition as it was sent and undamaged. Damaged goods due to your negligence will not be accepted for refund.

• Once the Product has been returned refunds will be made in the original payment method.
• All requests will be processed after we have inspected and verified the condition of the Products. Returns take approximately five business days to process upon receipt of the item.
