The Macally "BookStand" case is made specifically for the Apple iPad Air.  Flip the case open like a book and your iPad will snap within the four corners of the interior hard shell.  The case is made of soft microsuede material - feels like microfiber.  Side leather buckle-sleeve will keep the case closed.  The book-style case will keep your iPad concealed and protected.  Soft interior lining is not abrasive so your iPad will remain in pristine condition.

SLEEPER MODE:  This case supports the iPad's on/off switch (aka Sleeper Mode).  Flip the case open and your iPad will wake up.  Close the case and your iPad automatically goes to sleep.  This is great feature because you will conserve battery.

This case doubles as a viewing stand - you can prop your iPad in two different positions:

Stand Position #1:    This position will hold the iPad in landscape mode - this is great for watching movies, youtube videos or picture slideshows.
