During cold weather, you are highly recommended to choose PRIORITY MAIL and add  HEAT PAD in your package. Heat pad is available for sale in my ebay store under  Heat Pad.
It may or may not be blooming at the time of your  purchase.
Unless otherwise stated, Package is NOT including soil and pot. Plants will  be ship bare root. Cuttings will be shipped without root.
Please be advised that some leaves maybe loosed or broken during shipment.   Succulents are durable. If the stem has broken off   completely, allow  it to dry for 1 week in the shade. If the stem is hanging, carefully cut off and   then do the same.

Color:
It is difficult to display the exact color online as the cameras, lighting,   exposure, and equipment can all affect the outcome of the picture. Different   monitors can also display color differently, so exact color matches cannot be   guaranteed. We are not responsible for any minor color  discrepancies between the displayed product and your received product.
Return Policy
Customer must notify us of any defective or  damaged items within 24 HOURS of the items' receipt. Please message us for more instructions.Customer is responsible for all shipping and  handling fees during an item's exchange, including the return shipping that is  needed to ship the new item back to the customer. Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges for any returns,  and we will not refund any shipping charges.Unreasonably returned packages will be charged  a variable shipping and handling fee.All defective items must be returned/ received by us within 7 days from the original  receiving day of the item you purchased.Please fill your available telephone number in  buyer details.
