Absolutely stunning two button blazer, made by that most famous of Italian cashmere houses, Loro Piana. As one would expect from this company, the tailoring, attention to detail and finishing are second to none, with expert craftsmanship evident throughout. It is lined in 100% pure silk in a complimentary warm stone colour, with contrasting burgundy silk piping. It features three patch pockets to the front (all also lined in silk) and wide notch lapels, with a single vent to the rear. It is fastened by two branded horn buttons to the front, with three smaller matching horn buttons to each non-functioning cuff. The colour is a warm stone beige (closest in colour to the first three photos) and the weave is a fine diagonal stiripe in off white and beige.
The style of the blazer is understated and chic, and though quite lightweight, it drapes elegantly from the shoulders. It exudes sophistication and would be a luxurious addition to any woman's wardrobe.
It has never been worn (alas it has never fitted me), and it is completely free of any damage or deterioration, but has been stored very carefully in my wardrobe since purchase.
It originally cost over £3,500.
