This is a hand painted bathing beauty figurine wearing a green bathing suit, orange swim cap riding a porcelain luster turtle. It measures 3 1/4" long, 2" wide and 2 3/4" tall. There are no chips . Some color loss. Marked on the bottom "Made in Japan". Please view pictures for details.
