If your return is accepted, the buyer is responsible for the shipping charges, and must be returned in the same way it was shipped to the buyer. A refund will only be issued after we have received the item, inspected it and is in the same condition as it was sold.

3. If the item has been returned to us and is opened, pieces are missing, parts are damaged, or has not been handled with care, then a refund will not be issued.
