Not a reproduction!! No damage and very clean. The sides to the plastic bed are very very pale pink but the bottom is much pinker. Not sure if manufacturing error or fading over the years. Also perfect for a dollhouse. 3 1/4” long and  2 ½” wide. Please see the photos to make your own assessment.
