Shipping:
We do not ship to addresses with a P.O. Box (Since UPS will not ship to these addresses, there are no exceptions) If payment is made by paypal, we can only ship to the confirmed address on the paypal account. If payment is made by credit card, we can only ship to the billing address of the card being used. Unless otherwise stated in the auction "Free Shipping" only applies to continental U.S. addresses. Hawaii and Alaska bidders will need to contact us to get a shipping quote.

Warranty:
Unless otherwise stated as an AS-IS item, our warranty covers all items sold including all internal parts originally shipped. At our sole discretion, we will replace, repair, or refund the purchase price of the defective item. Our warranty is a parts only warranty except for Servers, Workstations, Personal Computers and Laptops. For these items, if at our sole discretion, it is determined that the motherboard itself is the cause of the problem, we will replace the entire system. We will pay for ground shipping (with the carrier of our choice) to and from our central depot for any and all parts covered.

Returns:
Returns are accepted within 14 days. A 15% Restocking Fee is applied and Initial shipping charges are not refunded. Buyer pays for return shipping. Serial numbers are recorded prior to shipping and confirmed during the return process.
