If the item is incorrect or not in working order, please return it within 14 days of the purchase date.
The buyer is responsible for all postage costs where an item has been purchased in error or is no longer needed.
When you are returning the item please return it in its original condition and packaging.
Please ensure you send an accompanying note explaining reason for return along with original invoice.
Please know we cannot exchange goods or issue refunds until the item has been returned in its original condition.
All parts are security marked prior to dispatch. If an item is returned without markings, we will assume it is a different part. If you wish to remove markings, please ensure you have tested the part and are happy to keep it.
