This is a brand new, sealed HP TouchPad  (32GB Wifi) with built-in Beats audio bundled with a bundled HP TouchPad case!  

Out of the box it runs WebOS but it can be manually upgraded to run Android: e.g. HP TouchPad can run Android 7.0

The HP TouchPad is a 1.6 pound tablet that features a 1024 x 768 pixel display, 1GB of RAM, 32GB of storage, and a 1.2 Qualcomm Snapdragon S3 dual-core processor.  It was released in 2011 and represented HP’s first big push into the mobile tablet space, following a multi-billion dollar acquisition of Palm. Priced at $499 and up, the HP TouchPad was the company’s answer to the similarly-priced Apple iPad.

Neither the tablet nor the case have ever been opened and the original factory seal is still completely intact.  I used to work for HP and bought the tablet and case directly from the company.  This is a great deal!
