    Returns

    We want you to be happy with your purchase, therefore if it is unsuitable you can return it to us in its original condition within 14 days of the date you received the item.The Item being returned must be exactly as received, to include all attached tags, unripped Kipling packaging and must be unused. Items returned not exactly as received will not be issued a refund. Please do not rip into packaging as this item will not be able to be resold as new.
Buyers are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is damaged or not as described. It is advised that you obtain proof of postage or return the item using a tracked service to protect yourself if the item does not reach us. I try to describe all my items as accurately as possible. Please read the description, sizes etc carefully and ask any questions or queries you may have prior to purchasing-that way there should be no surprises when you receive it and it saves on costly returns.
All my items are thoroughly checked to include tags and packaging prior to being despatched but should there be a fault or if the item is not as described I will contact the manufacturer to raise this concern and deal with it accordingly.
Should an item be returned because you have changed your mind or was not as you expected, then return postage will be covered by the buyer. In addition to this if the item was originally posted out on a 'Free Postage' offer the original postage will be deducted unless you are exchanging for something else.
