An important note when installing vinyl decals onto matte carbon rims: 
Due to the waxy surface nature of matte carbon fiber, it is important to let the decal adhere to the rim for AT LEAST 12 hours at room temperature (20 °C/ 68 °F to 23.5 °C/ 74 °F) before trying to remove the clear pre-spacing application tape. This will allow the adhesive to "grip" onto the rim. Removing the pre-spacing tape too early may result in poor adhesion.
