The option of paying more for a signed for service is available for you, the customer, to choose from.
Special Delivery (previously known as Registered) is guaranteed to get there next day (Mon - Fri only.), Recorded Delivery Signed For is not guaranteed. Please be aware!
Overseas, there are different signed for services from the UK with Royal Mail - Tracked, Signed or Tracked and Signed. However the availability of the different services depends on where your item is going.
International Signed is only tracked until it leaves the UK and only handed over at its final destination with a signature from the recipient.
International Tracked is tracking at five points after despatch as well as an online confirmation of delivery.
International Tracked & Signed Tracked & Signed is a combination service offering full end-to-end tracking, signature on delivery and an online delivery confirmation

Commission orders (either single items or bulk) are always available. Please allow as much time as possible if you have something special in mind.
Royal Mail advises delivery times as follows:
UK - 2-3 working days
Europe - 3-5 working days
Rest of world - 5-7 working days
(Don't forget to allow for Public Holidays and weekends)
Sometimes post can take up to a month for no apparent reason so please be patient.
In the unlikely event of your item not turning up or arriving damaged courtesy of the mail numpties, please message us (before leaving feedback) so that we can rectify any problems.
With damage or items missing, please take photos of the packaging and damaged item as we will need these to put in a claim from Royal Mail.

**ADD TO BASKET UPDATE*
The Add To Basket is the only way our discounted shipping on a purchase for multiple items will work.
However eBay has been making changes to the Add To Cart/Add To Basket facility and this is resulting in this option not being visible to everyone.
Sometimes this is down to what device you are using (apps on mobile phones or tablets seem to be a common one). Also depends on the browser and if you have cleared cache/cookies.
On the help section in regards to these problems I have found this:
"At the moment the
eBay shopping basket can only be used on eBay.co.uk for items listed on the
eBay.co.uk site, or on eBay.com for items listed on the eBay.com site. Items
that are listed on other eBay sites and appear in search results can be
purchased as regular Buy it now items."
eBay advises international customers to log into their account through www.ebay.co.uk and make the purchases that way.
If that STILL doesn't work, scroll down to the bottom of the listing and you will see our email addresses. (See Contact details and in the Terms and Conditions section). Email us directly and we will sort it out that way.
Use the email address to make enquiries about commission orders as well.
A tracked/signed for service is available on request and recommended for high value orders.
