Designed for balancing propellors but as can see ideal for using as wheel balancer too!(Tried & Tested :-))

So  a 2 in 1 useful Tool

(Just need to leave out middle bar when assembling for wheel balancer, see photos...1/10 scale wheel shown)

(Will not work with oversize wheels M/Truck etc.)
