Up for sale is one Varian Titanium Sublimation Pump with 8" Conflat CF Flange and Water Cooled Copper Plate. This Sublimation pump is in great condition with an intact titanium filament. This unit can also be used as a Large Vacuum Chamber with a nice wide 8" CF flange and two 2.75" CF flanges for viewports or feedthroughs.
