We hold considerable stocks and we normally ship your order within 24 hours from Monday to Friday Our standard option of free shipping by Royal Mail 48 which normally takes 3-5 days. If you want your article a little faster Royal Mail 24 is available taking 1-2 days. For urgent orders please choose expedited next day prompt service which is Royal Mail Special Delivery We also offer a standard delivery followed service if you prefer to track your orders progress. Crawler services also include an SMS to provide you with delivery information. All international deliveries are by Royal Mail by air.

Paypal is our preferred method of payment.

UK customers can also pay by personal check or payable to Undercover Ltd.

Foreign customers must use PAYPAL.

Return policy

If you are satisfied with your purchase, for whatever reason, you can return it for an exchange or a refund of the purchase price (less p & p costs) within 14 days of receipt.we regret that slips, thongs and other objects of intimate nature can not be returned, for reasons of hygiene.

Please note. Items must be returned in their original condition ie unworn, unwashed with all tags still attached and all original packaging intact.

If you need an exchange, there will be no additional postage costs.

Refunds will be made in the same manner as the initial payment (ie card payments will be refunded to the card used in the original transaction).

Before returning any item, please send first and get proof of postage, so you can ask if the item should be lost in the post.
