Antique OREGON 1900 Silverplate Svc for 6 w Chest- from Masonic Temple, Chicago
This lovely set is in nice antique conditon and features it's original chest with a partial advertisement. This set is by the Continental Silver Co, but the pattern was also made by American Silver and Royal Silver. There are some very small pits on a few pieces (the teaspoon in the 6th photo is the worst piece), but the set appears to be unused.
The ad (found in the chest) reads:

For a short time, the Masonic Temple bulding was the tallest in chicago and featured shops, offices, theatres, and meeting rooms. It was demolished in 1939, so this little flatware service is a nice bit of history.
