Meter is working properly, glass is clean, rubber eyepiece is soft, supplied with bottom cover. PX-28 battery required (not supplied). Instructions: Dial in your maximum aperture of the lens in use, input ISO film spped, touch the button on the meter to activate, and it gives you an EV reading in the viewfinder. Transfer the EV number to your lens, and BINGO you have it !
