Within 7 days after receiving your parcel, we offer a No-hassle 7 days exchange (replace) only if your parcel is defective due to manufacturing problems.

So please check your item as soon as you have received the parcel and get in contact with us via shop@edition-noname.de.

The faulty item will be exchanged for the same model once the return guidelines are followed:

The item must be returned in NEW condition and with all the original package, including cartons, parts and instructions manual etc.

Shipping and insurance charges are not refundable.

We are not responsible for item lost during returning.

Item not defective after testing or wrong item ordered by buyer will be returned at buyer's expense.
