Any items not received and cannot be located by our shipping department will be sent a replacement within 24 hours upon confirmation of the original delivery address and a search through any tracking details by our shipping department. Any items not working will be replaced within 24 hours upon return of the original item to us. We will refund the return postage cost for any damaged or broken items.
