3D by circular polarization

3D by circular polarization works passively – so without batteries in the glasses and with specially coated plastic glasses. The image source sends two images - one for each eye - parallel in different rotations: clockwise and counter clockwise. The plastic glasses only convey one image. So each eye gets to see the intended image. In the circular polarization, it is important that the image source and glasses are matched, this means that the right eye sees the image on the right side and not the one on the left. If it happens that the eyes see each other's images, then the 3D effect is defective and this can quickly lead to headaches. Glasses and image source must therefore be compatible with each other. Fortunately, one variation prevails at the moment and is used for the most part in cinemas as well as on monitors and televisions. Therefore, these systems are compatible with the glasses. 3D glasses lens

3D glasses filters of any kind have almost always plastic glasses. However, these are available in various thicknesses. Thinner plastic glasses, as they are almost always distributed in the cinema, rather seem to be a foil - thicker ones are like real optical glasses. The disadvantage of thin foil-like glasses is that if they are completely surrounded by a frame, they may get light curvatures faster. This can lead to undesirable reflections. Additionally, the thinner glasses are often much more susceptible to scratches. Thick plastic glasses are therefore more stable and usually less sensitive to scratches. The glasses in this offer does have the described thicker glasses. This makes them particularly resistant.
