         IWC 377701 dark brown grained padded leather strap


 The IWC 377701 dark brown grained padded leather strap sample was made: 21x18mm in width, 75x125mm in length, thick 6.0mm taper to 2.8mm at tail, cream stitch, dyed and burnished edges, dark brown calf lining.  


  The selling item is one dark brown padded leather strap, no including the buckle/clasp.


      The posting strap sample was sold by way of a custom strap order of my customer.

      The heavy padded leather strap is a very difficult leather strap.
The middle layer of all most of the current OEM padded leather straps were made of some paper board pad.
But our hand made padded leather strap was made of genuine leather board pad in the middle layer of it.  We pare the calf leather to be a curved board pad to produce the padded middle layer of the leather strap.  After that we sew together with the upper Italian leather skin,the middle curved calf board pad and the back side calf lining.  

Due to that our padded leather custom strap will be more durable, clean and anti-allergenic during the wearing period.



All of my custom straps are completely made by hand, made of some pieces of genuine leather ( include the front side  vintage cowskin, the middle calf pad and the reverse side calf lining  ), dyed & burnished edges and hand stitched with waxed natural linen thread. 

The natural linen thread has a little fiber. We do not use the the cheap nylon thread.


The IWC  Pilot dark brown grained padded leather strap has a soft and durable British calfskin lining. 

            It will be perfectly soft and durable, and will hardly break from the strap holes. 


The IWC heavy padded leather strap is priced at $ 140 USD, now charges the promotional price at $ 90 USD.   No including the buckle.

If you don't mind the delivering period of 7~15 days, I would like to suggest the registered airmail shipping that charges only $ 5 USD.

Due to the hand made producing process is hard and time-consuming, We digest the orders very slow. It'll take about 4~5 weeks to make the new custom strap. 

Therefore we do need your understanding that the custom strap might take more than 4 weeks whenever we got some particularly difficult custom strap orders.
