Actual measurements flat are

18.6 top of neck strap to bottom

17.5 inches underarm to underarm (difficult to measure because it is structured)

The lower back can be adjusted if the snap button is moved.

Mannequin is 32, 23, 34" for reference.

Condition is good. There are tiny holes around the underarms lining as well as the tag has been sewn back. Velvet is in good condition
