A key features of the A300 are it's 24/7 activity tracker with user defined daily targets and inactivity alerts if you don't move for approximately 1 hour. There's a very easy to understand activity bar that fills throughout the day as you approach your daily step target.

Burn Fat or Improve Fitness

Another impressive feature of the A300 is it's easy to follow heart rate zone control when working out. When paired with the Polar H7 sensor the A300 will tell you at a glance if you are BURNING FAT or IMPROVING FITNESS. * requires a Polar H7 heart rate sensor belt

Everything in One Place - Polar Flow

At the end of the session everything is uploaded via Bluetooth connection to the Polar Flow App (iOs and Android). Everything from sleep duration / quality, daily steps, calories burnt and distance walked, number of inactivity alerts, and a high resolution time versus heart rate graph with duration spent in the 5 x Polar Sport Zones.
