We aim to dispatch all items within 1 working day by second class mail, however some orders may take upto 2-3 working day by second class mail. International mail is sent by Royal Mail's Air Mail service.
You do have the option of upgrading your delivery for an additional cost.

with an idea of when the item will become available.
We do offer a combined shipping option on all of our items. Please add your items to the basket, if
shipping cost is not combined automatically, select the request invoice button and we will send you a revised invoice with the shipping cost combined at a discounted rate.
UK orders usually take 2-3 working days to deliver and between 3-7 working days for international orders. Royal Mail do sometimes take longer than expected and their guidelines state that we should allow 15 working days for UK orders and 28 days for international orders from the date of dispatch before an item is considered lost.

if for any reason you would like to return the item you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the item and it must be sent to us within 14 days from the date received.
The goods must be returned unused, in their original packaging and in a resale-able condition.
