14" tall, all wood, signed Schoenhut, EARLY CARVED HAIR girl with pretty carved braids circling her head and held with a carved pink bow, very pretty, intaglio brown eyes, an open/closed, slightly pouty mouth, all original paint with no touch ups (some paint wear, only, to the tip of her nose and two small areas on her cheeks, arms have some paint worn off (due to dressing and undressing. This is model no.14/102 and she wears her original teddy (one-piece) style undies with crocheted trim c.1912-23, with fully jointed wooden body that can assume any position. Extremely pretty face. So hard to find this charming, early model, Schoenhut child.
