METAL DRUM LOOPS + BLAST BEATS

This collection of drum loops is suited to metal guitarists/bassists who need some quality heavy drum loops, blast beats and fills to drop straight into your grind/death/thrash metal projects, or to provide inspiration to create new compositions. 

All drums were recorded with industry standard mics at 24bit, 44.1KHz.

The balance between natural room ambience and dry close mic drum sound is spot on for metal mixes - not not too airy and not too flat.

Pro EQ, gating and compression have been applied to achieve the modern 'metal' sound, but not so much that the life has been squashed out of them and you have no headroom left to apply your own compression/processing.

The Loops:

Song Construction - 145 loops (WAV)

Double Kick Backbeats - 56 loops (WAV AIFF REX2)

Blast Beats - 28 loops (WAV AIFF REX2)

General Fills - 38 loops (WAV AIFF REX2)

Blast Fills - 21 loops (WAV AIFF REX2)

Total: 288 loops (429 loops including those repeated in other formats). 

The construction loops consist of 11 'songs' varying from 100bpm to 220bpm. They are broken down into seamless segments between 8 and 16 bars, so you can arrange/loop them in any order you choose and interchange any of the loops to create avast array of different arrangements.

Also included are blast beats, backbeats & fills, which can be combined with the song segments or used on their own to create a realistic, fast and brutal rhythm section.

The other loops consist of typical drum phrases/patterns you would expect to find in this style of music. There's plenty of fast heavy blast beats as well as some slower grooves and various fills to add breathing space and track dynamics.

Compatible with: Cubase, Logic, Pro Tools, Ableton, FL Studio, Nuendo, Sonar, Reason, Record, Garageband.

Any audio software that uses WAV, REX or AIFF (Apple Loops) files.

  

The DVD-R version is sent a plain cardboard sleeve and is entirely created by myself. I send them in this 'no frills' manner to minimise cost and offer it for a bargain price.
