Like new, basically mint condition.  Completely clean and functions perfectly.  Purchased October 2014.  Lens serial #1723000107.  B+W F-Pro UV filter with multi-resistant coating installed when purchased and included here.  Canon ET-73B lens hood and LP1424 case also included, as well as Canon front and back lens caps.  I am selling it only because I'm down-sizing house, simplifying life, and no longer taking photos of (now-grown) kids' school sports.  This is a great lens, and consistently rated one of the very best lenses Canon makes.
