Payments :

  We accept PayPal only. Payment is required within 7 days of purchase. EBay will automatically file an Un-Paid Item Dispute if an item has not been paid in 7 days. We ship promptly after receiving cleared payment almost every day (Monday thru Saturday). We usually ship within 1 full business day.

• For security purposes, we can only ship to the address on your payment. We cannot ship to the address in your note or your email.

Multiple Purchases:

·          Multiple purchases are always combined, unless otherwise requested, if possible so that the cost for the shipment could then be minimized.  Please Email us if you have any additional instructions pertaining to combine shipment. 

Delivery Times:

• We cannot be responsible for delays with your shipment - once it is shipped, we are no longer in control of the delivery. The delivery times are estimates and may vary, especially during peak periods. Please, contact us if you need Express Mail guaranteed day delivery.

International Delivery:

• We do not provide shipment outside the United States unless the item is purchased through the Ebays new Global International Program. 

International buyers - Please note:

• Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
•  Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
•  We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.

Insurance:

• All of our merchandise are 100% authentic guaranteed. Our merchandise comes directly from high-end department stores within the US or distribution centers. Some item has a mark in inner label for protecting store return.
• All our items are stored in a smoke-free, pet free environment. We do not work for any of the brands that we sell or represent them in any matter.
•  We take our own pictures. Some items are augmented with the original "stock" photos as a reference.
• Due to lighting and computer monitor settings there may be variations in color of the item pictured. We will do our best to describe the item. However, we cannot spend the labor to list every single detail of an item such as texture, pattern, closure, fit, etc. We do encourage you to enlarge the photo for further detail. • We often receive more than one of the same style and size but may only use one set of photos. Pattern placement may vary.
