This is a pair of Tory Burch Reva ballet flats.  These have a soft black leather exterior with a striking gold emblem on the front and elastic in the back for a perfect fit.  These have been worn and show some signs of wear on the sole but overall are in good condition and have a lot of life remaining.

The size 7 listed has some scratches on the emblem and a small surface tear on the outside.  It's not visible unless you look closely.
