RETURNS:
I gladly accept returns; read carefully the policy, please:
Returns completed solely through EBAY returns process. Do not send items to me without going through the returns section of the specific item on your my ebay page.
-buyer pays return shipping as well as 20% restocking fee. Item must be returned in condition in which it was sent, unworn, unused and with tags attached if applicable. 20% restock charge will be deducted from refund. Please don't request that this fee be bypassed. Due to a major increase in fraudulent returns as of late, this fee is necessary for this 1-woman operation to keep on trucking.
This all must transpire within 14 days of buyer receipt of item. No exceptions. If I suspect buyer to be using refunds in a fraudulent manner, I will, without a doubt, contact eBay to alert them to this possibility.
I do make occasional mistakes in examining items, though I inspect them thoroughly, and mistakes are rare. I make every effort to offer only quality items for sale, and will work with you to correct things if it's an oversight on my part.
