ITEM SPECIFICS
You are bidding on a PREORDER of a Neon Nintendo Switch and Legend of Zelda Breath of the Wild Special Edition. Both have been ordered from GameStop. I received an email from GameStop stating that orders will be processed on 2/25 and shipments will go out in an attempt to reach buyers by the release date (3/3). 
As soon as I receive the Nintendo Neon Switch and Zelda Special Edition, I will ship to the buyer the same or the next day via USPS Priority in a well packaged and protected box. This should happen on or close to the release date (March 3rd), depending when I receive the shipment from GameStop. Included in your purchase will be insurance, tracking, and signature confirmation. Obviously, if you're not home when USPS delivers your items, you will have to sign for it at your local post office. During this entire process, I will be contacting the buyer with any updates I have from GameStop related to this purchase.

REMINDER
As a reminder, I will be recording all aspects of this transaction with a high definition video camera to ensure that the buyer is purchasing a brand new Nintendo Neon Switch and Zelda Special Edition.  This recording will include the GameStop shipment arrival, the contents of the shipment from GameStop, verification that the items are in new condition, packing of the contents into a USPS Priority Box, and the USPS accepting the box at the post office. This is intended to protect the buyer and seller. 
GENERAL SHIPPING DETAILS
We will always ship your package within two business days. However, the anticipated time of delivery created by both eBay and USPS are expected times, not guaranteed times.  You may experience some delays in delivery. Payment

Payment is only accepted through PayPal.  Please make a prompt payment at the conclusion of the auction.  Items will be re-listed if not paid for within TWO (2) full days at the conclusion of all auctions and the buyer will be reported for non-payment.

Buyers with less than 5 feedback MUST contact me prior to bidding.  There are far too many buyers with less than 5 feedback that commit to a purchase but never actually pay.  I have the right to retract any bid that does not conform to the aforementioned feedback related terms. Sorry for any inconvenience.

Shipping

Domestic Bidders: Shipping will be listed in the body of the auction.    Handling time is TWO (2) business days after the conclusion of an auction.  Shipping includes FREE USPS TRACKING, so please bid with confidence.  Bubble mailers and other protective media will be used to protect goods during freight.  

International Bidders: All international shipping uses eBay's Global Shipping Program. Your country must be on the list of counties that use this program. There will be additional costs associated with your purchase (import duties, etc). These costs are affiliated with the GSP program and are not mine.

Terms of Sale

All games, systems, and music media are tested prior to shipping and are guaranteed to work, UNLESS EXPLICITLY STATED OTHERWISE.  Please review all pictures and thoroughly read the description prior to making a purchase or placing a bid.  Pictures in all listings are the EXACT items that will be shipped. 

Video games and systems are tested to observe and confirm functionality.  Please read and reread the description and peruse the pictures to make sure you are purchasing an item that fits your needs.  I am not responsible for any backwards compatibility issues.

CD and vinyl media are tested on their respective machines.  Descriptions will be based on these observations.

Returns are not accepted.  The reason for this is simple.  There are far too many unethical and fraudulent buyers on eBay. I methodically take multiple pictures of all items in good lighting and will attempt to describe all items in the utmost detail. Please make sure you inspect all pictures closely and peruse the description to make sure you are bidding on an item that fits your needs. All pictures and descriptions are of the items in the auction, so please, bid with confidence.

I package all items with the utmost care.  However, I cannot guarantee the quality of shipping once it leaves my home. I use bubble mailers and boxes with padding for systems and in some cases, complete-in-box games or more expensive games. Please contact me if you have any issues with any of the items you receive.  While I do not accept returns, I will do my best to rectify any and all issues!

TO ALL UNETHICAL AND FRAUDULENT EBAY BUYERS:  I TAKE PICTURES OF ALL GAMES AND SYSTEMS PRIOR TO SHIPPING AND VIDEO AS I AM PACKING EACH ITEM INTO ITS PACKING/MAILING MATERIAL. I REMOVE THE EXTERIOR OF CARTRIDGE BASED GAMES AND GAMING SYSTEMS IN ORDER TO TAKE PICTURES OF THEIR ONE-OF-A-KIND SERIAL NUMBERS ON THEIR BOARDS.  IF YOU ATTEMPT TO OPEN A CARTRIDGE, REMOVE THE ROM BOARD, AND PLACE ANOTHER WORKING OR BROKEN ROM BOARD INSIDE OR ATTEMPT TO RETURN A DIFFERENT OR DAMAGED GAMING SYSTEM AND USE EBAY'S RETURN POLICY, I WILL KNOW, AND I WILL PROSECUTE THROUGH BOTH eBAY AND SMALL CLAIMS COURT.  BOTTOM LINE, ATTEMPTS TO REMOVE SERIAL NUMBERS OR EXCHANGE GAMING SYSTEMS WILL BE NOTED AND REPORTED TO eBAY AND LOCAL AUTHORITIES.
