RETURNS

Brand New/Sealed Items:

I DO NOT accept returns on items that are factory sealed. Brand new, sealed items are not opened or inspected to preserve their factory seal. They are sold with the assumption that a factory sealed item works as described. Any manufacture issue is to be resolved with the manufacture. EBay's Money Back Guarantee applies only if an item is received not as described, therefor a factory sealed item is described and sent exactly as that, factory sealed.

Used Items:

I offer a three (3) day inspection period on any item listed as "Used". I will accept returns on "Used" items within the inspection period ONLY if the item is found to be defective in some way. I test every "Used" item before listing it to ensure functionality. Buyer must contact me within the three day inspection period to discuss issue and request refund. Refund will be issued upon receipt of item and inspection of items condition to verify defect. Refunds will be issued within five (5) business days of receipt of returned item minus shipping costs.
