We always include a picture of the sweet hamper, with sweets enclosed AND
a picture of the completed box with dimensions. This is to ensure our
listings are made as clear as possible, the sweets that are shown, will
be inside your box (unless they have been substituted, see above
details), please note we also include the size of the sweets
where possible, for example: 'mini' 'half size' 'full size' etc. The
dimensions of each sweet hamper have also been listed after the sweets.

always display the sweets and package them into the box as neatly as
possible but as they are going through different venues and being held
by a variety of people, they may have moved, we cannot control this, as
we hope you can understand*
As we understand, our sweet hampers
may be given as gifts, we do not include an invoice or any form of
pricing on our hampers, if you would like an invoice printed with your
hamper, please let us know.
If you have any queries or would

from us, we will try our best to rectify any issues raised, however we
can only do this if you let us know!
PACKAGING AND SHIPPING:
All hampers will be placed in a mailing bag.Orders in the UK are shipped FREE via Royal Mail with
proof of postage kept if a claim is requested. If several
hampers have been ordered your order will be sent via
HERMES and will be tracked.
Please be advised that the "expected" dates shown for FAST &
FREE are strictly only estimates created via eBay. They are
NOT an accurate reflection of courier performance. This is
especially imporant in peak periods. We highly advise that if
you are looking to purchase these for gifts, that you order in
advance. We will always aim to Dispatch as soon as possible.
We ask that your give ample time for the courier to fulfill the
delivery, before challenging that the delivery has not arrived.
ANYONE who claims the order has not arrived, we will launch
a full investigation with the courier (this may take up to 2 weeks)

If the courier finds that the delivery was success, the courier
will likely begin criminal proceedings.
Worldwide delivery is available with varying quotes
based on location and service chosen. Tracked or
Signed delivery is available depending on the
destination country. Your order will be updated and a
tracking number provided if available. Buyers must also
be aware of the countries import restrictions and pay
the correct taxes requested of them from the mail
service provider.
